Service Description

Document Assistance (Administrative Support – Mobile or Remote) This service provides administrative document support only. We assist clients by completing forms, typing letters, and formatting documents exactly as instructed using the information you provide. Our role is strictly administrative. We do not provide legal advice, interpret legal meaning, or make decisions on your behalf. We simply organize and present your information in a clear, professional format. Documents We Can Assist With Include: Affidavits Declarations Travel Consent Letters Letters of Invitation Please note: We do not draft Wills or Powers of Attorney. Turnaround Times Rush: 1–2 business days Standard: 2–5 business days Turnaround times begin once all required information and payment are received. Step 1: Confirm Details & Make Payment We will review your request and issue an invoice. Payment can be made via: eTransfer Secure online payment gateway Once payment is received, we will contact you to request the necessary details, such as government-issued photo identification. Please note: Delays in providing required information may impact delivery timelines. Step 2: Receive and Review Your Draft Your draft will be delivered in Word and/or PDF format for review. You may request reasonable revisions to ensure accuracy and formatting. Revisions are limited to the information originally provided. Step 3: Finalize the Document Once you approve the draft, we will deliver the finalized PDF version. Any changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional fees.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Anchor & Seal Notary Last updated: November 14, 2025 1. Identification Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required. If proper ID is not provided, the appointment cannot proceed and may be treated as a no-show. 2. Document Readiness Documents must be complete and ready to sign. I do not review, interpret, or verify document content. You are responsible for accuracy before signing. 3. Payment Policy Payment is due upon booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Mobile appointments require the service fee + travel fee paid in advance. Notarial acts are final and non-refundable once completed. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a fee. If travel has already begun, the travel fee is non-refundable. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. 5. Mobile Appointments Travel fees apply based on distance. Parking fees must be reimbursed. If the signer is not present upon arrival, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. 6. Refusal of Service I may decline service if: ID is invalid the signer appears impaired, coerced, or unaware the document is incomplete or inappropriate the request falls outside my legal authority the environment is unsafe 7. Remote Services (Document Prep Only) Remote assistance is available for typing, formatting, and document preparation only. No remote notarization or commissioning is offered. 8. Privacy All personal information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
